3.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information when registering your mgo55 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and preferred payment method. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. mgo55 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.3 Non-Transferability. mgo55 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or permit the use of your account by any third party. Any account found to have been accessed by, or operated on behalf of, a person other than the registered account holder may be immediately suspended.
3.4 Account Closure. mgo55 reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend a registered account, or permanently close an account at its sole discretion, including where:
4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mgo55 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. mgo55 strongly recommends using a unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify mgo55 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected compromise of your credentials. mgo55 will take reasonable steps to investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend the affected account as a precautionary measure.
4.3 Platform Security. mgo55 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform connections and applies real-time login monitoring, two-factor authentication options, and encrypted credential storage to protect player accounts. Notwithstanding these measures, mgo55 cannot guarantee absolute security against all threat vectors and shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain the confidentiality of their own credentials.

5.3 Processing Times. Deposits processed via bank transfer and e-wallet methods are typically credited to the player's mgo55 wallet within the timeframes outlined in the table below. Processing times are estimates and may be affected by third-party banking and e-wallet system delays outside mgo55's control.

5.4 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that you legally own and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited and may result in the suspension of your account and the reversal of the deposit.
5.5 No Chargebacks. Once a deposit has been credited to your mgo55 wallet and used in gameplay, it cannot be reversed. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to a processed mgo55 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for any amounts in dispute.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals may only be requested by players who have completed KYC verification and whose account is in good standing. Real-money balances (excluding bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements) are available for withdrawal at any time subject to the conditions in this clause.
6.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment account used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name. mgo55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.3 Processing Time. mgo55 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes to 3 hours from the point of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, during public holidays in Indonesia (including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day), or where additional verification is required.
6.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed at the point of withdrawal.
6.5 Verification Holds. mgo55 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending the completion of identity verification, the review of account activity for compliance with these Terms, or the resolution of any active dispute. Players will be notified of any hold applied to their withdrawal request.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other promotional offers made available on the mgo55 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. 8.1 Acceptance of Bets. 8.3 Void Bets. 10.2 Accuracy of Information. While mgo55 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that all information on the platform is accurate and current, it does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content, odds, or game descriptions. Manifest errors in pricing, odds, or game descriptions do not create an obligation on mgo55 to honour transactions conducted under those erroneous conditions.
10.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mgo55's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. mgo55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the mgo55 platform, regardless of whether mgo55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
